at the risk of getting hammered with mac and et'al i will post this comment!
i am with tudor... what happens if the funding that this is sunject to regulatory apporval not unlike that of india etc.... and again we see another setback???
the risk still remains - buy now on the hope that it is secure or wait?????
at this stage apg is overbought on the chart and i am happy to wait until the dust settles...
