until the announcement comes out we will not know for sure however IF it is an OZ project and or funding by a company already here then I would not see a prob.
EG spec is that it is ILU or Cristal.
Therefore it will purely be between them as it is between CRL & ILU and BMX and Cristal.
APG cannot go any further until the plant in Newcastle is complete and that is the most important thing so any transaction should also allow for funding for Newcastle which should all be said and done in a matter or months with the plant being built and paid for and with that the technology should be recognised as fully commercial and satisfy everyones interest including ILU.
I note that everytime APG has got a speeding ticket they have come out with an announcement shortly afterwards.
