Well, of course they are actually producing coal presently but not at the full production rate till they can finish getting through the graben obstacle and get into the main coal seam section and let the continuous miners rip.
Indication are that they should be in a position to get into full production about the end of June and therefore full production will show up through the July - September quarter.
I will be posting an interesting news item soon about views on the reasons for the surge in the PRC share price. Just give me a half hour or so.
