Take a reality check DingoBlue....the Microsoft issues were flagged to the market weeks ago when LOK released announcements to the market concerning matters that could materially affect its business.
More importantly, fundamental risk analysis of stock selections would have clearly flagged that LOK were exposed to significant risk by virtue of the revenue dependencies on what client ie: Microsoft.
If you are waiting for someone on Hoptcopper to warn you imminent danger then you should review your investment & stock selection strategies.
