On a macro level, I am concerned that Korda are being mentioned in the same paragraph as Valad, CBA & McCabe.

Valad is a fat NTA lamb, if these bankers want to kill a company to - provide them with employment, recoup their debt early & make a buck on the side somehow they will try it. VPG is so fat it's incapable of defending itself to these kind of predators when the directors do not appear to be fully alligned with shareholder long term interests (considering mass dilution on debt to equity swap with mate McCabe)

Banks would rather kill a VPG than Centro because with VPG they will get their money back from a fire sale, a centrol fire sale is a whole new ball game, bankers bosses & bank shareholders won't be impressed with destroying a centro and recouping a % in the dollar, but if VPG can be destroyed and 100% in the dollar recouped early it's a pat on the back.

Above is unlikely now that we have our knight in shining armour Orbis who is going to take care of any evil force that threatens our beloved fat lamb.

More realisticaly...... Korda is being used as part of the usual due diligence process in reviewing loan books, AFR is trying to sell papers & McCabe still evil (so we still need our knight)
