    that right. quantitatively there has been no increase. any change in severity generally is debatable.

    you'r right too that the increase has been in severe weather systems not only numerically, but in size and in intensity. just last week a prime example with flooding severe storm system stretching along mountainous regions from Russia to Austria. all one enormous system.

    that is a demonstration of the physics, nothing to do with predictions or modelling.
