''To be honest I am frugal as well
But I do not lecture other people about their purchases''

other people's purchases are killing YOUR planet. Our planet

example would be the fast fashion era - and god knows all the crap you find in kitchen cupboards and wardrobes that is either never used or used once

all of that crap cost the planet dearly to produce ------------ and for nothing

I am not frugal. But in many things - I guess I am. Say food.

I use cream in my coffee. I have one cream open at one time. That's it.

In Oz with my last partner when we first met - the house fridge had maybe 6 0r more litres of milk in it.

up to 3 open at once. People would go to the fridge, not use the open milk. Open a new milk - do this every time - so there would normally be at least one open and sour milk in the fridge - possibly two - and litres of milk would just have to go down the drain

and that - was only one product - the same incredible waste happened to all products.

I've never been like that and never will whilst my brain works.

My main gripe about wasteful humans is that - food waste is astronomical - but, also useless garbage - the stuff you see at markets for sale second hand -

all of that is stored in houses - bigger houses are needed to store it - and it's all useless. Stuck in cupboards - then, gotten rid of after 20 or 50 years - after often never having done one minutes service.

it is planet killing --------------- our planet
