Climate change is mostly caused by undersea rifting and volcanic activity. It also releases alot of Carbon Dioxide AFTER the water heats up. Since subsea water temperature profiles and ambient noise directionality along with levels are critical to undersea defence all the major and many of the secondary navies know this. They have the data, it just happens to be classified.
The reason the elites are pushing for renewables is they don't want the commoners/serfs/sheep using up the little fossil fuels remaining. They want to keep it for themselves and their private jets, yachts, and other expensive toys. They want prices high for us and low for them.
