@kingy fact is, until we all, collectively, change our lifestyles drastically, this is a disaster which will be upon us, sooner or later, no matter whether we chose to believe in the observed science or not.

BTW does not your graph present the famous 'Hockeystick' theory which has been talked about since the late 1970s or earlier, i.e. the 'warming' acceleration coincides with the Industrial Revolution when mankind became 'industralised?
But since then this theory has been challenged by the recent sex change of El Nino to El Nina - with consequent behavioral changes as well - recent floods in 'eastern Australia;???

Even bad boy 'Musk' has weighed into the climate debate and created a new chat site called 'Grok' with a resident A1 computer predicting changes:

    "......https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/elon-musks-ai-chatbot-grok-is-reciting-climate-denial-talking-points/

In the meantime, I despair of my shopping forays, which, despite my best efforts always seem to fill my garbage bins with excess packaging . . . .
until we simplify this machinery of convenience we have built around our lives, mankind will continue to accelerate the process of climate change, whether we believe in it, or not.
