That would be true only if warmer ocean temperatures wouldn't increase evaporation leading to increasing WV content over oceans. This increased WV content then dumping much more water volumes than previously possible.
Along with the increased temps increasing the evaporation rates in areas not becoming saturated with these increased rainfall patterns leading to more extreme droughts.
This isn't the least bit controversial, not one sane person would argue that increasing temperatures won't have any effect. You need to start denial school 101 and begin with temperatures aren't really increasing or it's George Sorros or something.
