So, people trying to raise sheep in a desert have poor years. Common sense alone would tell you such will happen regularly. It isn't anything new. Droughts and floods and good times and bad times and civilisations having to abandon areas have been with us before biblical times and will continue to do so. This applies to virtually all continents if not all. Nothing to do with carbon dioxide.
