I am thinking the earth has huge swings in the GHG it produces, equally I think we have no idea what the totals are for what the earth produces and has produced, year on year. We simply have no idea, except that its a fair bet its much greater than currently accounted for.
Body's of water have also not been included, by this i mean all dams man made, small and large, of which there are millions of them, this is not included anywhere.
