1) Firstly UAH is only one of a number of global temperature data sets based on satellite data. UAH runs the coolest of these but even it shows that the planets temperature has increased by about 0.8C since 1979. This rate of increase is incredibly fast. He doesn't run decade averages but the chart shows that recent decades are obviously accelerating.
2) A more comprehensive view can be seen here from NASA's GISS. This data isn't very different from UAH and allows the warming of the poles to be visualized. The white area over the US makes the US land based temperature set a favorite of team denial. This highlights how that is a cherry pick.
( I did notice your "Global Av Temp Anom" that doesn't have a link is also titled: "The United States Climate Reference Network (USCRN) is a sustained network of high-quality weather monitoring stations across the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii." ie NOT global data BTW a tell is that the scale is in F. You should add a link to the source of that chart to clear this up)
