He says the much lauded Paris agreement goal - 1.5C - is dead, 2C is dead without a miracle - and we are heading for 3C in the lifetime of kids today, possibly 4.4C. Many scientists say 2C and above means global collapse. If you don’t understand and think that 3° C is not a big deal then think of it like body temperature. Just a tiny rise in average temperature is enough to kill a human being. It’s even more serious when you talk about the planet as a whole. Many scientists believe even this is an underestimation.
