extreme rainfall is what we expect from warmer waters
many people seem unaware that warm water brings more rain and they are oblivious to things like atmospheric rivers which carry the moisture a long long way from where the moisture is picked up.
we're coming into November ------- storm season for much of the East Coast of Australia - that will be interesting
with fingers crossed - this coming season if it brings a La Nina, will bring a weak one - thank heavens for that ----------- but, what the season brings in rain (or cyclones) we shall see
anyone who loses their dwelling though - is in deep trouble, because they will have nowhere to live - such is the lack of available housing in Oz
at least in Spain - there is a mile of empty housing - whilst difficult - there is at least somewhere to go and get a roof
