ok..so did you watch your video all the way to 7.44....it talks about the thermal radiation from the sun ....sunlight hits the earth and radiate infrared rays

Oxygen and nitrogen don't absorb infrared rays...the main molecules that do that are co2...not the only ones but they are the big dog....its the greenhouse effect...unfortunately we are pumping too much co2 into the atmosphere...hence grest absorbtion of heat..oxygen and nitrogen dont absorb infrared rays radiating from the earth..venus atmosphere is 95% co2...the rest of you video are not on topic...that is a brief summary
