I guess it's like forest regeneration --------- everything has a role - but, I like to see things when they are more established -

I'm no expert - but, my guess is that for me - it's better to see the more 'old growth' style
regenerating forest to me has always looked pretty scatty and susceptible - I'd guess that coral isn't much different
