    I'm starting to think that CTP have organised some institutional finance. Just from the way the share price has been sandwiched around the 8 cent mark. There's a prop either side. So, raising could be institutional at 7 cent range. They must be sure of something given the ambitious drilling program and hiring. Just a guess. DYOR.
