Wow, gutsy move. I've done similar in the past, put all my eggs in to one property (which paid off), but too much to lose now to go down that route, good luck. Still got my head well above water with VOC plus had good divs. TPG not so good, showing down 26% and no real decent divs to speak of and now 7% of portfolio, ah well, it happens, can't win 'em all, one for the bottom drawer I think.
