    Hi GC

Lets be fair GC and stick to the facts and not what you are guessing or emotions are saying.

A company does not stike a deal with investors for a price in a placement.

The company sets the price based on the current sp then contacts whoever it can to raise the funds.

For a price to be stuck or agreed then the placement has to be given to one investor wether it be a broker, insto or a corporate.

There would be something like 10 - 30 investors in a typical placement and it would be impossible to srike a price.

Sometimes a price is set then when the sp goes below the placement price the placement price has to be dropped otherwise people will not put their money in if the placement is above market.

Lets face it who will pay 4c for stock when the sp is at say 3.5.

Anyway GC, if you were offered stock in the placement would you put in $50K?

    Cheers

Many placements take up to three months to fill. Let me assure you it is not easy to put away a placement in this current climate particularly with a small company that has no income.
