A SPP would be better but the time and cost involved with documentation makes it impossible.

A SPP takes months to organise , costs over $100K and then there is no gaurentee as to what will happen.

Lets be realistic, if a company needs funds they hold a board meeting set a price then canvas who they can and it is wrapped up in 4 - 10 weeks.

If APG had done a SPP where would they be know!

Well let me assure you, they would be in liquidation as the SPP would not be complete and fully subscribed.

If someone said, lets do a placement at 2.5c and the market would be informed people would sell and the price would be dropped to below 2.5c to say 2c.

But then people would sell again and so on it goes and no mkoney will be raised.

Companies announce placements every day. If a SPP was more efficient then companies would do that.

Its a tough world out their and people want alot for their buck.

APG has survived very well and the company is well managed. I suggest that you and JAWSY call Mr Gaston on 9221 3211 to discuss the placement and get all the facts.

    Cheers
