Just noticed Songa Venus (SV) semi-sub pull-up 3.46 kms west of Libra-1 location.
Shell have had this semi-sub, for 3 wells straight this year & have moved it from WA-371P (between Echuca Shoals & Ichthys field) to apprx. 120 kms North-East, to its current location, 3.5kms west of Libra-1.
Got me bit excited thinking that SV's might have moved to Auriga, till I correlated its Longs/Lats with the co-ord's of the Crux wells, Libra & proposed Auriga location (which lies due East of SV's present locn).
Ah well, may b after this well, Shell could do Nexus a favour by handing them this rig for Auriga, as it is their last contracted well with SV & since Libra had 206m of gross sands, Shell might have got themselves a bargain for US$19m !!!
