Looks like this 1 for 5 deal is going through. Looks like the 1st offer is being accepted but one which i feel wasn't that great. A pissweak takeover offer considering the benefits of the phase 2 exp kicking in and EMP current SP 75c would have been reached without the takeover offer either now or when the next qtr report comes out. DRD are getting a good deal.
