SYDNEY, March 11 (Reuters) - Australia's Challenger Infrastructure Fund (CIF.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday it had received takeover proposal from a unit of UK firm Consensus Business Group.
Challenger said the non-binding offer was made at an indicative price of A$3.50 per share. ($1=A$1.09) (Reporting by Denny Thomas;)
