the proposed take over will never happen ever and the demise of fas is a certainty due to its very poor management and inexperienced md . fas has lost all credability in the public arena and wasted millions of dollars of shareholders money in trying to do the impossible take over of gwr.remember this take over was planned before fas even listed, it was a rort ,a con ,a scam and the ones that were going to benefit was a handful of questionable characters. it can be said with out question that authorities will investigate matters right back to its origins and who has been behind the scene and acting like as if a director ,thats still the case with fas and classic but not now with gwr, gwr has the company under proper control and doing the best for all gwr shareholders.wilson ,rudd and markoppoulasare 3 directors that have major conflict of interest and should be sacked as they are leaches and parasites and not acting in the best interest of gwr ,how can we trust them when they are directors and shareholder in fas and classic.desporados are now at dirty work and authorities are ready to strike,bring it on you cowboys
