It would seem logical to merge the two companies. I will still hold my opinion they will merge or takeover one day. With all the flack they have copped from the ASX and the media, i wouldn't be surprised if they've had to put it off for a little while.

They appear to be two companies running side by side, sharing "resources". I believe once FAS has confirmed they have found the stuff in the ground, something will happen between the two.

And in regards to the statement FAS has nothing, (whilst nothing has been solidly said yet) wait until drilling commences, as there has been initial thoughts that FAS may be sitting on a U bonanza at the Mt Padbury site.
