Of course one must always be mindful of the downside - you wouldn't walk along a clifftop edge without being aware of the potential downside, would you? ;)

A balanced view, taking risks into consideration as well as rewards, must always play the major part in any decisions, whether investing or trading, either by TA or FA.

For me, PDN has some potential pitfalls, but the potential upside seems to be significantly greater than the downside. I have no reason to believe that John Borshoff, who has steered the company so magnificently to where they are now, will suddenly lose the plot, lose control, and do something really stupid.
