I m not sure if we can force anyone or directors to buy shares. I think it is totally up to individual but having say that as a share holder of coruse we absolutely want to see the founders/directors to step up and buy like Elon Mask but dont forget Elon sold a bunch of Tesla as well and created a mess. If you want the directors to buy you also need to prepare they will sell at some point i assume? All imo
