If you look at the Block Afterpay deal the script deal worked out to be around $126-130 (forgot the exact numbers) when the share price was around $100.
Very similar to Zip at $1.08 and being offered script by Affirm/Paypal for approx $1.50.
Script deals go through much easier than all cash. Depends on the acquirer and if they have potential for their share price to also go up.
I'm ok with Affirm or Paypal script but not fully valued Aus bank script as an example
