Serves these placid share holders right for staying quiet and praising the directors no matter what. If the directors started buying after the Liability Management Exercise in the 50-40c range, it would have rallied from there. There was a buzz at the time that they had made a good deal with the note holders and things would turn around.

Instead they waited for another lockout period and the stock tanked to 25.5c. Now everyone is all excited because it's gone from 25.5c to $1 when it should have NEVER gone down to 25.5c in the first place. It's like praising the firefighters who are secretly pyromaniacs. Blast these freebie leeching directors that have made Zip a cheap target and will be stolen from those that have a higher than $1 average.

Those that averaged down like me and those that bought under $1 will all happily vote YES for takeover.
