Absolutely no talk about this stock in the past 4 months and it is one of the best performers on the ASX. Decent div's and a significantly appreciating share price. They are getting very decent money from their caravan division now, workers preparing for more Greenbushes units, FMG unit manufacturing is apparently hot ATM and the old peoples homes in the retirement villages - park homes, are selling very well. Anyone who doesn't own FWD in their SMSF is mad, IMHOO
