Another problem with SMSF pensions??
Ive just been reading an article which says once you start a pension from your SMSF then you can't get a tax deduction for any personal contributions to your accumulation account AFTER you start the pension for the rest of the year!!!
I was just about to start my pension but want to make a contribution say in June 2009 so I get a tax deduction.
Apparently NO NO NO
Is this true?
How many more pension minefields are there?
Any articles on the web that explain this?
thanks
paul
