    It seems Navitas did make a bid for Study Group after all (kept being mentioned in the AFR as a possibility) which is being flogged prior to an IPO, but its offer didn't make the 'next stage' of the sale process.

    Figures thrown about of nearly $600M for Study Group seemed very high. It appears NVT management is very conservative with how they spend their cash, and that suits me just fine.
