It seems like someone's trying to keep the price up. Maybe they want to go CR @3.5cent, which looks much better than where we were sitting 2 weeks ago. If Pivacs take pay cuts, then they could hold out for a couple more months before needing to CR, which will allow the SP to recover bit more.
