I personally think (FBR has taught me this lesson) any ASX listed company is not worth buying into if the shareholder transparency is not there. Many of us have been loyal shareholders have believed in the FBR journey over the last three long years and looked at the deadlines for performance shares to be a turning point in the company's trajectory on a path to 'commercialisation' to then witness FBR blatantly change the goal posts and sell the machines to a subsidiary company (purchased with our shareholder money).

As shareholders, we have deserved far greater communication then what FBR has been able to deliver over the years. It's not okay to run a publicly listed company and for shareholders to have empty lines of communication or querying with the investor relations department. We have dipped into our pockets and poured out our hard earned money when FBR has rattled the tin for another capital raise and they repay us with nearly four years of 'imminent commercialisation' talk.

I agree with the sentiment of nearly all on here that the CEO needs to be overhauled with someone who is experienced and a proven track record of delivering products to commercialisation. Unfortunately, who is at the helm of the company are learning to run an organisation at the same time and us shareholders have been brought along for the ride.

I do think the machine has great potential, however, i am under the belief that with proper management, we would have far further advanced and already generating significant revenue.

For new shareholders, is this a good time to buy FBR? The answer is NO if you have expectation that FBR will answer any of the reoccurring concerns you see on here from existing shareholders. If you want to take a gamble, consider it an uneducated one because those of us who thought were making an educated and well thought out investment, were wrong.
