Ofcourse Hokey alone cannot put in fear. Fear was already there, Coronvirus, market crash, delayed display build, lack of communication. Hokey and other downrampers capitalised on this and put fuel to the fire to cause panic. You will be surprised how easily people can be subconsciously influenced. It's my opinion only.
