I hold over 100K of MFFO and have ben trying to decide whether to lighten up.
The half year result commentary seemed to be urging caution.
MFF has gone from trading at a premium to its NTA to a discount, and MFFO is also at a discount to MFF.
I cant decide if that makes MFFO a long term bargain or overpriced and ripe for a substantial pull back.
Any thoughts?
