DC,

I did some research on time frames with regards to govt approvals for drilling Bogdan.

All things being equal we should be ready to start early/mid Dec so say in a month.

I also talked to an owner of a drilling Co and asked if drilling in winter is a problem and whether we will have to wait till spring.

I was advised that although the ground is harder in winter they actually prefer that as there is less chance of caving in. So time of the year is not an issue.

Also, from experience with other Co's, Christmas period is not an issue either.
They stop for couple of days and then they get back to work. Knowing the Poles, most probably half pis#ed. LOL
