Both of the above can be improved with modification of the system.
a) biggest note $20 , any cash deposit over 2 grand goes into big brother's computer , not necessarily actioned , but the info available .
b) in the same way that there is effectively differential pricing depending on which card I am using , cash may be discounted.
ie, you might have to pay for the convenience .
If it gets too expensive , it naturally dies out.
