    Everyone should vote NO for at least the parts where directors fill there pockets.. The consol ratio is a joke we are also only obtaining 94% of Gridcomm the other 6% stays off..

    Section 7 8 and 9 and a couple of others need to be a NO!!! Unless you think they deserve it???

    The consolidation and raising is a joke I am reporting it through to ASIC as it is not in the best interests of existing minority holders....

    The consolidation should be 20:1 and the directors should not be getting so bloody much..
