Impossible to tell when they havent started shipments yet unless we know the export price , number of shipments to be done this year etc etc....

We know it is probably cheap thats about all we can say unless u have analyst report ( current) that shows the new (low ) level of debt and forward pricing , shipment schedule and expected earnings...

For now as with many small stocks , we buy the theme ( story ) and let it unfold later ....
