Been speaking to Michael (SN) and he said there is NO CHANCE that any Chinese company will be touching PLS if resolution 3 is passed. Absolute disgrace mgmt are even trying to get away with this.
Everyone needs to vote NO to resolution 3 otherwise there is going to be more selling, lower prices ore dilution and less chance of this ever hitting $1.00
We need some international coverage and things like this will deter any company from buying or looking to invest in companies like PLS. We may have the resource but do we have the brains to execute the resource effectively and give us the best chance to maximise profit? At the moment no, this range of 50c has been going on for too long. Further dilution and more downside to come if things like this get through.
We are still yet to see any major buying and this will really stop any thing happening in the future as Chinese companies will not want to touch us. Sharesholders are fed up with this stuff and want higher prices before even thinking about passing things like this.
