Resolution 3 seems a very misguided action by a management team that (thus far) I believed have been doing a fair job. The strike price listed effectively rewards management for future mediocre performance, and slipping this through at this time of the year (and so soon after the AGM) suggests less than brilliant transparency (in my opinion only). So the custodian has just been advised of my voting intentions with ~4m "no" votes for Res 3. And at the same time also a resounding 'YES' vote for the prospects of this company. Best wishes for all for the coming festive season.
