I am only a very small SH
But what Micheal has helped me with Money can not buy
He has been an absolute genuine person
and one that is hard to find in this dog eat dog world
I have the utmost admiration for the guy and turn to him for advice whenever I am not sure
My vote is "NO" to both resolution 3 & 2
the selfish attitude of many BODs on many companies is very wrong
I agree with incentive payment on good and I mean Good results
but not on maybe good results in the future
From feeling Micheal's passion for PLS I will not sell either
I do believe the future will be Great and all who hold on to their holdings
will reap these rewards
This just my opinion Thanks
