    Yep a Fire Sale looks good to me. IMO Put the best offer to the ShareHolders of AGS Let the Shareholders decide if the offer was good enough IMO Why wouldn't they unless there was never any offer at all by anyone. IMO Give holders a choice, Rights Issue or This is the best offer we had so far. IMO
