All my Hotcooper Friends, we can see the price manipulation by major player. As I feel from different study and the Companies management initiative --- share price not going anywhere, it will be down graded continuously, so that they can buy cheap or will stop to welcome another bid by lowering price and at the end of the day take over will take place. so its very important for us to say no to this bid to stop and replace the entire board, specially Mathew wood. When the companies Balance Sheet very strong , in Production , there is no other initial major investment requirement - apart from exploration, strong cash position, politically stabilized - than why the bloody directors welcome a bid for 2c and welcome another investor in board? That's all corporate game and inside trading.

I am not relying on technical chart or those irrelevant company announcement, so I am requesting all of u guys to support for vote no to this bid. Simply because company has very good potentiality and its way to cheap. Therefore be patience, don't sell and say vote no towards take over bid, yes towards replacing board member.

Its my mere opinion, you guys are the who have to take the decision.
