Management is a vital key to a sucessful company! Hence why Warren Buffet is so sucessful, usually gets a say in how a company is run, via a big holding.
Hence why I wrote this thread and I put this on the SLR thread, "To SLR Management." Who then sold out to RED for their own personel ego, happy days RED!
I used to work for Fonterra and I know quite well how managment structures work. Some great, some just pure trash. Especially when you get a muppet at the helm and he employs his puppets, who have so manys legs on their bellys, lol.
But sadly what we write on Hotcopper is only for our own personal use. No one cares except greed and corruption.
