Rastus, point taken: it needs to be ratified (round Jan 2013) first.
And, anyway, it's way too soon to go for litigation IMO. Let's hope to start up still 'friends' with the govt. I've no doubt that would be beneficial in the long run.
However I like this as a backup plan.
Standing down staff on 1/2 pay once they've completed all pre-feed chores is another earlier option that wouldn't play well for Najib in an election runup IMO.
But what I really can't understand is why they didn't issue the TOL asap so LAMP could demonstrate its safety well before the elections whenever they're held.
