We're entering into the speculation zone again....what else can we do to pass the time while we continue to wait & wait & wait ? When do politicians all over the world 'pretend' to pay attention to their constituents....good old election time !! With court cases & appeals abound everywhere.....I'd guess that they're letting that factor play right out as a point of reference to the electorate (eg we're not the only ones saying it's safe....world experts & the courts have re-confirmed their decision etc.....)Once they've been re-elected...they can do what they want 'a la carbon tax lie reversal !' Still a way to go but it's now a tortoise and the hare scenario imo.
