Malaysia is very serious about foreign investment - but not sure how it relates to LYC. lots of global tech giants have set up impressive offices in KL - and there is a 10 year tax holiday for most firms. just that the issues with LYC are a lot more complicated as technology companies are hard to fault - but we get words like 'nuclear','environment' and
politics thrown around. just wait for Ramadan to finish - and possibly this years elections... no holding back after that.
